• Work directly with agile teams to manage planning and execution.
• Mentor and teach agile methodologies to teams and leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the product development organization.
• Champion change management and implement agile team rollouts.
• Coach new employees on agile processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics.
• Extensive experience working within Scrum, Kanban, or XP teams.
• Knowledge of Agile Engineering Practices such as TDD, BDD, and Continuous Integration.
• Proficiency with Agile Lifecycle Management tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
