What you will do

• Lead multiple software development initiatives within a matrixed environment.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management software.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership.
• Manage project dependencies, critical paths, and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with software developers, SREs, product owners, and IT engineers to deliver mission-critical projects.
• Improve process inputs and streamline workflows to support EPMO maturity.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software project management.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex, strategic projects simultaneously.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in benefit program administration or healthcare.
