What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value Enterprise clients in pharma, biotech, and medical devices.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to meet revenue targets through cross-selling and up-selling.
- Manage client renewals by demonstrating continued value and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Coordinate with implementation and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Support the sales team with business development efforts for prospective enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success within life sciences, healthcare, or SaaS.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven ability to manage revenue targets and grow client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to report on performance metrics.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging presentations.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Proficiency with Salesforce or other lead generation tools.
- A confident and dynamic persona with a sense of humor.
