Salary: $290,000–$360,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Win new business and drive revenue within the life sciences industry, focusing on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research organizations.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to life sciences procurement cycles and regulatory considerations.
- Spearhead market expansion by identifying new AI use cases within research, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and commercial organizations.
- Inform product roadmaps and features by gathering feedback from life sciences users (researchers, scientists, leaders).
- Continuously refine the life sciences sales methodology, playbooks, and best practices to optimize sales productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in life sciences with demonstrated success covering pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology firms, and/or research organizations.
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles within life sciences organizations and securing strategic deals.
- Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within life sciences procurement frameworks, including understanding R&D budget cycles and compliance.
- Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in the life sciences sector by effectively managing an evolving pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present confidently to various life sciences audiences, from researchers to C-suite executives.
- Deep understanding of life sciences buying cycles, decision-making processes, and key pain points.
- Passion for and/or experience with advanced AI systems and their applications in life sciences, with a focus on ethical development.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
- Ability to work in San Francisco, CA with at least 25% in-office attendance.
- Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
