What you will do

• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans and payer account plans in collaboration with Commercial Leadership.
• Deploy value-based healthcare commercial resources to increase utilization of care measures for RRP patients.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at Ad Boards and Congresses.
• Manage strategic relationships with PBMs, National and Regional Health Plans, Medicare MACs, and IDNs.
• Collaborate across internal departments to align therapeutic activities with sales and marketing direction.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and utilize sales support technology like Salesforce/Veeva.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical payer account management and hospital sales experience.
• Expertise in Rare Disease, Oncology, or Immunology, with working knowledge of Gene Therapy.
• Experience with Buy and Bill drug reimbursement dynamics.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel approximately 60% of the time.
