What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the biopharma value chain to expand the customer base.
  • Lead high-impact presentations to stakeholders ranging from R&D IT and Scientists to CDOs and Digital Transformation Executives.
  • Build, manage, and coach a high-performance team of Account Executives to ensure individual and team success.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Product) to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years of experience selling to the life sciences R&D software and data market.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role (e.g., Regional or District Manager).
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals ($ millions to tens of millions in ARR).
  • Experience working in startup environments and selling to the Top 100 Pharma cohort.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams while remaining hands-on with deals.
