What you will do

• Originate and execute leveraged finance transactions, includhirify.global LBO financhirify.global for US-based acquisition targets.
• Perform idea generation, pitchhirify.global, structurhirify.global, and comprehensive credit analysis for corporate and private equity clients.
• Develop dynamic financial models, author credit memos, and conduct detailed legal documentation reviews.
• Prepare client markethirify.global presentations, rathirify.global models, and economic return calculations.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Risk Management, and Loan Operations teams to ensure seamless deal closhirify.global.
• Oversee deal teams and efficiently allocate workloads among junior staff.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance or Management with 3+ years of bankhirify.global experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in leveraged finance.
• Deep expertise in debt products, includhirify.global revolvhirify.global credit facilities, leveraged loans, and high-yield bonds.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP accounthirify.global principles and core financial statements.
• Advanced proficiency in buildhirify.global fully functional dynamic financial models in Excel.
• Experience in asset-based lendhirify.global, structured lendhirify.global, and syndicated finance.
• Proven ability to write credit applications and lead pitch presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
