Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end workplace operations, including facilities, AV, supplies, vendors, and insurance.
• Lead office moves, buildouts, and space planning as the company scales across multiple locations.
• Manage the complete employee experience lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle day-to-day people operations administration, covering HRIS, benefits coordination, policies, and compliance.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a small operations team.
• Oversee the workplace budget and coordinate office events and offsites.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in workplace, office, or people operations, ideally within a fast-growing company.
• Proven track record of owning office operations, vendor management, and space planning.
• Experience in people operations and managing the employee lifecycle.
• Experience hiring and mentoring a small team.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Sunnyvale, CA.
