What you will do

• Build the data and reporting layer for the People and Talent function, defining metrics and standing up dashboards.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate low-leverage tasks and increase team efficiency.
• Drive strategic projects across recognition, systems, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Architect the employee recognition strategy from philosophy to execution.
• Manage compensation infrastructure, including band modeling, benchmarking, and pay equity analysis.
• Serve as a primary resource for employees regarding benefits, payroll, and complex HR inquiries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR and People Operations experience.
• Proven experience building workflows using AI in an HR context.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and deep fluency with HRIS and BI tools.
• Strong HR generalist foundation with the ability to handle complex, ambiguous problems independently.
• Must be based in or commutable to New York City.
• Excellent written communication skills for stakeholder memos and framework documentation.
