What you will do

• Analyze campaign and program performance across channels, regions, audience segments, and products.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce.
• Partner with campaign operations and marketing stakeholders to define KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Translate complex data into concise, decision-ready recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor campaign health and flag gaps in targeting, execution, and attribution.
• Standardize definitions, benchmarks, and reporting logic across the campaign portfolio.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign performance analysis, or Marketing Ops reporting.
• Strong proficiency with BI and reporting tools, specifically Power BI and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, GA4, and Demandbase in a B2B environment.
• Ability to analyze funnel performance and attribution trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
