What you will do

• Define and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and analysis.
• Collaborate with technical managers, developers, and QA teams to validate project specifications.
• Solicit and analyze user input to create functional specification documents.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Develop use cases and wireframe documents to support project execution.
• Compile surveys and manage project documentation throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in Salesforce CRM with end-to-end implementation.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and working with various business systems.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Proficiency in project management tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative and technical project teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale web projects, particularly B2B e-commerce.
• Background in cognitive design, information architecture, or user-centered design.
• Academic or practical experience in Human-Computer Interaction.
