Business Operations Analyst (SaaS): Designing and implementing KPIs and performance dashboards for the Order Management group with an accent on data visualization and quantitative research. Focus on translating complex business requirements into system specifications and optimizing Order-to-Cash processes.

Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (2 days office / 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Design and implement KPIs to effectively measure and align with strategic Order Management objectives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor group and business performance.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and external vendors to support contract lifecycle management metrics.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications and manage the implementation process from start to finish.
• Ensure data integrity and validity across all platforms and systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst, ideally within SaaS, billing, or contract management.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with enterprise software such as Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of SaaS billing models and Order-to-Cash processes.
• English: Fluency required for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Raanana, Israel.
