Location: Must be based in Philadelphia, PA (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain market and competitive intelligence across key crops, geographies, and product segments.
• Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, product launches, and promotional strategies.
• Create and maintain standardized dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage custom market research studies and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Present analytical outputs and recommendations to senior and regional leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing intelligence, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, and modeling techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from the Philadelphia office 3 days per week.
