What you will do

  • Analyze pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and stage progression to improve funnel health.
  • Evaluate RSM/AE productivity and territory performance, and build sales capacity models.
  • Support weekly and monthly sales forecasting and annual planning cycles.
  • Analyze NRR, churn signals, and expansion rates to support account management and renewal teams.
  • Translate complex quantitative analysis into actionable narratives for executive leadership.
  • Evaluate deal performance, pricing trends, and discounting effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce) and forecasting tools like Clari or Gong.
  • Strong detail-oriented approach to data reconciliation and validation.
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in North America.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS with familiarity with ARR, renewals, and churn concepts.
  • Exposure to territory and quota planning.
  • Experience building repeatable reporting frameworks and documenting processes.
