TL;DR
Technical Support Specialist, Level 1 (MDM/IoT): Providing post-sales technical support via phone and email for MDM and IoT software products with an accent on troubleshooting application requests and environment reproduction. Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week at the Bucharest office

What you will do
- Provide post-sales technical support to customers via phone and email.
- Investigate reported issues and collaborate with internal teams until resolution.
- Proactively inform customers about the progress of their support requests.
- Diagnose and resolve application requests specifically for MDM solutions.
- Use various devices to reproduce customer environments and debug technical problems.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Networking, or a similar field.
- Solid understanding of the OSI model and networking principles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows client and server environments.
- Experience with Android and iOS mobile platforms.
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience working with SQL.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
