What you will do
- Provide initial advice and regular updates to B2B partners via phone and tickets.
- Manage booking modifications and relocations with high attention to detail.
- Handle incoming tickets and proactively work on resolution and prevention.
- Ensure transparent and customer-centric communication.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Accurately document all work and partner interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Advanced level of Italian and English (fluent speaking and writing)
- Must be based in Romania, Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Slovenia, or Argentina
- Experience in travel, concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stressful situations with professionalism.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on anticipating partner needs.
- Fast learner capable of picking up new tools and systems quickly.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Spanish, Greek, Romanian, or Serbian.
