What you will do

• Plan and dispatch emergency and maintenance services using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Create service orders in SAP based on installation requests and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate planning activities with local teams and business partners.
• Provide agreed service level reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate service information in customer portals.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Salesforce.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage manual planning and dispatching for same-day services.
• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
