What you will do
- Plan and dispatch emergency and maintenance services using Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Create service orders in SAP based on installation requests and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate planning activities with local teams and business partners.
- Provide agreed service level reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate service information in customer portals.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
- Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP and Salesforce.
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage manual planning and dispatching for same-day services.
- Must be based in Bucharest, Romania.
