What you will do

• Set up and prepare warrant and fund option plans via MyLeo and HESOP platforms.
• Perform periodical reconciliation of positions and execute cash transfers.
• Manage invoices related to contracts between ING and third-party companies.
• Resolve participant and sales team inquiries and operational issues.
• Maintain effective communication with account managers and investment tribes.
• Ensure all administrative processes comply with applicable banking laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with an Economic profile.
• At least one year of operational banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-oriented attitude.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch or French.
