What you will do
- Set up and prepare warrant and fund option plans via MyLeo and HESOP platforms.
- Perform periodical reconciliation of positions and execute cash transfers.
- Manage invoices related to contracts between ING and third-party companies.
- Resolve participant and sales team inquiries and operational issues.
- Maintain effective communication with account managers and investment tribes.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with applicable banking laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with an Economic profile.
- At least one year of operational banking experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of banking legislation and related regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-oriented attitude.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch or French.
