What you will do

• Perform EDA, descriptive statistics, and predictive modeling on healthcare claims data to identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists and healthcare professionals to deliver analytical reports and support decision-making.
• Develop clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and documentation to summarize analysis results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional healthcare data analytics experience, preferably in payment integrity or healthcare analytics organizations.
• Proficiency with Amazon AWS cloud platform and QuickSight.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, PySpark, and/or Spark SQL.
• Strong understanding of Claims and EMR data.
• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, public health, biostatistics, economics, or a related field.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare payment integrity, claims processing, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to tools like Power BI or similar for communicating insights effectively.
