What you will do

• Lead analytics projects to deliver reporting solutions and strategic insights on program performance and financial projections.
• Maintain rigorous data integrity through detailed documentation of query logic and methodologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytical findings with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide proactive recommendations to clients regarding pharmacy and healthcare trends.
• Optimize and automate reporting methodologies using data analytics expertise.
• Create visualizations and presentations for executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting
• 1+ years of experience in the pharmacy industry (PBM, consultant, or manufacturer)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
• Experience working with pharmacy and medical claims data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Experience with GitHub and dbt
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
