Salary: $101,600 – $175,200

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality data models and transformation pipelines using dbt within a Databricks Lakehouse environment.
• Build scalable macros, testing frameworks, and automation logic to address cross-functional AR Follow-Up needs.
• Collaborate with operational and product stakeholders to translate AR workflows into technical designs.
• Partner with data architecture to establish and advocate for analytics engineering standards and modeling conventions.
• Optimize Delta Lake tables and Spark workloads for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Support the transformation of AR Follow-Up through datasets for account prioritization, denial analysis, and workflow routing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced BI building production-grade solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with dbt in a modern ELT environment.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Advanced SQL expertise and deep understanding of CI/CD, observability, and data governance.
• Must be based in the USA and able to travel to office/client locations as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) data (claims, remittances, denials).
• Exposure to ML feature engineering and AI-driven insights within Databricks.
• Experience working in regulated industries requiring strong data governance and compliance.
