What you will do

• Lead and direct analytics projects through all stages, from business understanding to deployment and retirement.
• Design visual storytelling solutions using end-user visualization tools.
• Manage a portfolio of ongoing analytics and visualization projects.
• Collaborate with internal Data and Analytics teams to accelerate the development of reporting solutions.
• Train and mentor Finance staff on how to develop analytics and visualization tools and best practices.
• Build, optimize, and maintain analytical models and automate reusable self-service tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, or Computer Science (or 6-10 years of equivalent experience).
• 4-7 years of experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, R Studio, Python, Alteryx, or Google Cloud.
• Certification in one or more of the mentioned analytics tools is required.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and data modeling.
• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer.
• Knowledge of AI/ML model types from a business owner and consumer perspective.

Nice to have

• Healthcare Finance experience, preferably within an Academic Medical Center.
• Knowledge of Epic and/or Clarity data models.
• Experience with GCP (BigQuery, AutoML, Looker).
• Experience with Oracle ERP and EPM tools.
