Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 base + 10-15% bonus

What you will do

• Lead the Engagement Analytics team, owning reporting infrastructure and overall analytical strategy.
• Build and evolve dashboards tracking mid and lower-funnel conversion metrics across various segments and channels.
• Develop and manage the MS Gap (Member Services Gap) analysis framework to identify where members drop out of the process.
• Collaborate with Member Services and Operations leadership to translate complex data into actionable business decisions.
• Mentor analysts, set priorities, and establish data validation and QA standards for reporting accuracy.
• Apply AI tools to automate repetitive reporting tasks and identify data anomalies.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Dallas, TX or New York, NY.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, with 1-2 years leading or managing a team.
• Advanced SQL skills for designing and optimizing complex queries and data models.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex analysis into clear narratives for executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience building production-grade dashboards in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Exposure to healthcare, CRM, or customer journey analytics.
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation.
• Experience scaling an analytics function in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Habit of using AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to improve workflow efficiency.
