What you will do
- Define technical strategy and architect AI-powered capabilities that are secure, reliable, and maintainable at scale.
- Build production AI systems, including prompt/version management, evaluation, regression testing, and cost optimization.
- Establish responsible AI practices focusing on privacy, data handling, model risk, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Design incremental architectural changes and advancements to evolve the software while minimizing risk.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine architectural priorities and improve high-value code.
- Mentor and train team members on basic practices, new techniques, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 7 years specifically in software architecture.
- Experience developing SaaS software using React, PHP, and MySQL.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI-backed features in production, including integration with LLM APIs or ML Services.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, deployment systems, and security best practices (OWASP Top 10).
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent certification.
- Must be able to pass both a background and credit check.
