What you will do

• Lead technical engagements across the sales cycle, from discovery and solution shaping to technical validation and handover.
• Model end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0 and design decision logic via DMN or decision graphs.
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations and proofs-of-value showcasing the collaboration between AI agents, robots, and humans.
• Position hirify.global's agentic platform against incumbent BPM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, and Appian.
• Stay current on agentic AI patterns, including autonomous agents, tool use, retrieval, and guardrails.
• Drive end-user adoption through executive briefings, webinars, and hands-on workshops.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing presales, solutions consulting, or solution architecture role selling enterprise automation or AI software.
• Hands-on experience modeling business processes in BPMN standards.
• Working knowledge of decision modeling (DMN, decision tables, or decision graphs).
• Practical experience with at least one BPM/workflow platform (e.g., ServiceNow, Pega, Appian, Camunda).
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts, LLMs, and the broader AI ecosystem (RAG, embeddings, agent frameworks).
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Must be based in South Africa and available for regional travel.
