What you will do

• Pressure test sales opportunities to determine technical feasibility and flag integration risks early.
• Lead client discovery calls to translate complex business needs into specific, actionable solution definitions.
• Own the creation of external Statements of Work (SOW) and internal technical handover artifacts.
• Identify opportunities for technical component reuse to optimize engineering efficiency.
• Manage 5-10 parallel engagements, guiding projects from kickoff to signature within 30-45 day cycles.

Requirements

• 4-7 years in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Architecture, Technical Program Management, or Forward-Deployed Engineering.
• Working understanding of AI, ML, and LLMs sufficient to judge feasibility without needing to write code.
• Proven ability to write precise scope documents, SOWs, and high-level technical documentation.
• Strong requirements-gathering skills to turn ambiguous conversations into agreed-upon deliverables.
• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar tools for managing structured workflows.
• Must be based in the US
