Salary: $71,000 - $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of 300-400 Key Accounts focusing on Large DSOs to drive expansion and usage growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with dental practice stakeholders, including doctors, decision-makers, and office managers.
• Track KPIs and account health metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze market trends and align business objectives with partner needs to position hirify.global products effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute account-specific growth strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales or Customer Success, preferably within fintech or startup environments.
• Proven track record of achieving quarterly quotas.
• Ability to conduct business and financial analysis to evaluate performance and prioritize opportunities.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for hybrid work.
