What you will do

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to address critical business challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and delivery teams to design tailored, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Serve as the voice of the client within hirify.global to influence product roadmaps and solution strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive account expansion and long-term profitability.
  • Represent hirify.global as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of industry trends in analytics and decisioning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven senior-level experience in managing strategic relationships with senior executives at large financial institutions.
  • Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
