What you will do

• Design, develop, and support scalable solutions and custom scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and maintain workflows, reusable actions, and subflows using Flow Designer.
• Configure and support ITSM, HRSD, and other custom enterprise modules.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs and Integration Hub connectors.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces utilizing Service Portal and UI Builder technologies.
• Manage platform administration activities including deployments, update set management, and release processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of overall IT experience in software development or platform engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, ACLs, and role-based security concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC practices, update set management, and source control.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundations Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification in ITSM and/or HRSD.
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification.
