What you will do

• Lead the research, design, and delivery of enterprise integrations using Workato and MuleSoft for systems including Workday, Salesforce, and various ERPs.
• Develop RESTful and SOAP-based API integrations, webhooks, and event-driven architectures to power critical business processes.
• Build custom Workato connectors using the SDK and manage deployment across development, staging, and production environments.
• Implement AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI) to automate data enrichment, classification, and intelligent document processing.
• Proactively monitor integration health, perform root cause analysis for failures, and maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and drive the overall enterprise integration strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations using iPaaS platforms, specifically Workato (required).
• Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, and common authentication patterns.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and database concepts for data mapping and reconciliation.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems like Workday, Salesforce, and ERP platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Workato Automation Pro or MuleSoft Certified Developer certification.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript/Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like LangChain or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
