What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions aligned with IT Asset Management processes.
• Configure and maintain HAM lifecycle processes, including procurement, stockroom management, and disposal.
• Implement and manage integrations with procurement systems, MDM tools, SCCM, Intune, and Discovery.
• Maintain CMDB relationships between assets and Configuration Items, including reconciliation and de-duplication.
• Develop ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Create reports, dashboards, and Platform Analytics visualizations for asset lifecycle tracking and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM implementation and configuration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
• Knowledge of CMDB architecture, CSDM concepts, and the Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE).
• Experience with Discovery, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Based in New York, New York, United States.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management certification.
• Exposure to SAM Pro and ITOM modules.
• Experience with Platform Analytics and Performance Analytics.
