What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms to deliver mission capabilities with minimal traditional coding.
• Build interfaces and workflows using visual development environments, pre-built components, and drag-and-drop tools.
• Integrate low-code solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and usability requirements.
• Train and support citizen developers; translate business requirements into functional applications with business analysts and end-users.
• Maintain application documentation and implement governance standards for low-code development.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with 4–12+ years of application development experience
• Proficiency in at least one major low-code/no-code platform: OutSystems, Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, or ServiceNow
• Experience with API integration, database connectivity, and workflow automation
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Ability to independently develop and deploy low-code applications; knowledge of security best practices and data governance
