What you will do

• Design and configure ServiceNow CMDB solutions, including Workspace views, Platform Analytics dashboards, and Service Catalog items.
• Build KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards to track CI ownership, health trends, and Attack Surface Management metrics.
• Develop and maintain workflows for CI registration, ownership changes, and data correction.
• Monitor CMDB health and collaborate with SMEs to reconcile Discovery data across multiple sources.
• Translate governance and security requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and UAT scenarios.
• Create knowledge articles to enable stakeholder self-service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing ServiceNow solutions (forms, workflows, business rules, ACLs).
• 3+ years of experience with CMDB operations, CI relationship health, and data quality maintenance.
• 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Discovery in an analyst capacity.
• 2+ years of experience building Performance/Platform Analytics indicators and dashboards.
• 2+ years of experience developing Service Catalog items and workflows.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Information Technology.

Nice to have

• Experience with IRE rules, Service Graph Connectors, or Integration Hub.
• Experience with CI Class Manager, Flow Designer, GlideAjax, or scripted REST APIs.
• Application of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) methodology in production.
• ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CSA, CIS-CMDB, CIS-ITSM).
