What you will do

• Implement and customize scripting for all components of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) product.
• Lead complex, company-wide technology initiatives and serve as an escalation point for less experienced staff.
• Design, code, unit test, and document software deliverables using an Agile framework.
• Ensure delivered solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with enterprise standards and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate with Technical Governance, Platform Architecture, and production support teams.
• Manage API integrations with non-ServiceNow applications and maintain documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis only (No C2C or 1099).
• Must be located in or able to work hybrid from Charlotte, NC; Mclean, VA; Minneapolis, MN; Chandler, AZ; or San Antonio, TX.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Application development, installation, or troubleshooting.
• 6+ months of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• 7+ years of overall Specialty Software Engineering experience.
• Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES5+), HTML, CSS/SCSS, and SQL.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Application Developer or Implementation Specialist for Vulnerability Response.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular JS or React.
• 2+ years of experience with RESTful or SOAP web services.
• Integration experience with tools such as Qualys, Wiz, NVD, Blackduck, or Checkmarx.
