What you will do

• Analyze platform usage, content effectiveness, and user engagement to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and create content for Sales communication channels and knowledge sharing platforms to increase institutional knowledge.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to end-users and content owners.
• Conduct strategy discussions with business and vendor teams to review requirements and close operational gaps.
• Perform quality assurance audits of digital content to enhance employee productivity and organizational efficiency.
• Partner with the Product Manager to develop technology roadmaps and product documentation for the digital communications ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, product support, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Location: Based in Kingwood, Texas

Nice to have

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) or digital communication tools.
• Knowledge of Sales Operations.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, video production, or graphic design tools.
• Basic knowledge of HTML coding.
