What you will do

• Collaborate with the COO and GTM leadership to scope and execute priority business transformation initiatives.
• Build and deploy AI tools and agents to optimize GTM functions like lead qualification and sales enablement.
• Track and report on the AI and transformation portfolio, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to design and execute cross-functional improvements.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured analyses and clear executive recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process redesign and data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or fast-paced tech.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High emotional and intellectual capability for operating with senior leadership.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to work on-site in South Salt Lake, UT.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development or scripting for internal tools.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like Claude or similar platforms.
• SQL or data analysis experience for reporting.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS business models and GTM motions.
