What you will do

  • Evaluate insurance contracts and ancillary benefit packages for competitiveness and viability.
  • Develop RFPs and marketing presentations aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support strategic business goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in client management systems.
  • Utilize APIs and digital tools to optimize quoting processes and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support for senior team members in benefit spreading.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in group health and life insurance.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for contract evaluation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with digital workflow tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to fully insured and self-insured ancillary arrangements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
