Salary: $65,000–$70,000

What you will do

• Analyze portfolio performance results and conduct account-level reconciliations, including research and resolution of breaks.
• Aggregate and consolidate financial data from multiple sources and custodians for PE and hedge fund statements.
• Manage software setup, system configuration, and data feed management for new client onboarding.
• Develop client relationships through training, day-to-day support, and issue management.
• Generate custom reports and liaise with vendor partners for system enhancements.
• Establish operational effectiveness through the development of policies, procedures, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a similar field.
• Must be based in or able to work in Stamford, CT (Hybrid schedule).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of database concepts and programming.
• Knowledge of liquid and alternative investments (Equities, Bonds, ETFs, Mutual Funds, SMA/UMA).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to summarize complex information clearly.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML design, or similar tools.
