What you will do

• Discover and prioritize client needs, establish an insights agenda, and deliver against it through relevant projects.
• Develop strategic analyses, insights, and recommendations using hirify.global proprietary assets combined with client information.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and/or conduct client training on hirify.global data and applications so clients can interpret and apply insights to their business.
• Cultivate relationships across the client organization and raise hirify.global solutions aligned to client goals.
• Work on multiple projects concurrently and collaborate efficiently with hirify.global and client teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Circana, Nielsen, or hirify.global syndicated data.
• 2+ years of experience with a CPG company, consulting, market research, or a syndicated data firm.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical approach to spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities in datasets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage with senior-level leadership at client organizations.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
