What you will do

• Lead customer engagements, including architecture reviews, sizing, and performance tuning for hirify.global deployments.
• Architect and implement AI solutions using advanced features like Vector Search, SQL++, and Columnar technologies.
• Solve deep technical problems from initial design through to production operations, including hands-on troubleshooting.
• Act as a technical product expert, communicating complex architectural concepts to developers and C-level managers.
• Author internal and external technical collateral, such as reference architectures and best-practice guides.
• Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to handle technical escalations and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise back-end software consulting with a focus on SQL, NoSQL, or Distributed Databases.
• 2+ years of experience with major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Strong foundation in application design and traditional RDBMS schema modeling.
• Experience with AI-assisted development/evaluation techniques (e.g., Gemini, Claude).
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• Fluency in English is required.
