What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for strategic customers implementing big data projects and large-scale warehousing workloads.
• Architect production-level data pipelines, including end-to-end load performance testing and optimization.
• Develop custom proof-of-concept content and estimate workload sizing to assist Solution Architects in the technical sale.
• Establish expertise in data lake technology, big data streaming, or ingestion workflows.
• Create tutorials and training materials, including hackathons and conference presentations, to drive community adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience with deep expertise in data engineering and warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Spark, Kafka, and performance tuning for big data solutions.
• Production programming proficiency in SQL and at least one of: Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience migrating workloads from legacy EDW (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Synapse) to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
