Compensation: $190k – $235k + Equity

What you will do

• Build and scale core enablement programs including onboarding and role-specific training across the GTM organization.
• Develop content and certification frameworks to improve field performance and readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage enablement infrastructure and tooling using data to improve ramp and attainment.
• Lead high-impact GTM events, including Sales Kickoffs.
• Implement AI-driven initiatives to increase the reach and effectiveness of enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or revenue-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS sales motions.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
• Strong program and project management skills with an execution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across product, technology, and sales teams.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI in GTM, sales, or enablement contexts.
• Background building or scaling world-class training programs.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
