TL;DR

Readiness & Enablement Lead, SMB Sales (AI): Building and scaling the onboarding, training, and certification operating system across the outsourced SMB Sales vendor network with an accent on scalable readiness frameworks and seller performance. Focus on designing role-based onboarding paths, monitoring ramp quality, and creating AI-enabled workflows to improve knowledge retention.

Location: Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco, CA or New York City

Salary: $239K – $265K USD + Equity

What you will do

  • Build and scale global onboarding, readiness, and certification frameworks for SMB sales vendors and regions.
  • Create role-based onboarding paths, knowledge checks, and pass/fail standards for vendor sellers.
  • Design enablement for new product launches, pricing changes, and process updates.
  • Monitor ramp quality, certification performance, and productivity curves to identify risks early.
  • Develop dashboards and inspection mechanisms to connect readiness to seller performance outcomes.
  • Partner with Vendor Managers, RevOps, and Product teams to diagnose and close execution gaps.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, readiness, onboarding, or training operations.
  • Direct experience supporting outsourced sales teams, BPO environments, or large distributed organizations.
  • Experience in software, SaaS, cloud, or other high-velocity commercial environments.
  • Proven ownership of onboarding, ramp quality, and certification programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel performance, quality frameworks, and manager effectiveness.
  • Must be based in or relocate to San Francisco, CA or New York City.
