Salary: $185,000 – $205,000

What you will do
- Manage the core operating model for frontline managers, including forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and coaching cadences.
- Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to define sales stages, exit criteria, and qualification standards.
- Clarify cross-functional engagement models between sales, FDE, product, marketing, and support.
- Codify sales methodologies and deliver training to raise the quality of deal progression and account planning.
- Measure process adoption and effectiveness to improve ramp time, pipeline quality, and win rates.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or revenue operations within fast-growing technical teams.
- Deep expertise in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger.
- Ability to translate complex sales strategies into practical, repeatable systems and training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach managers and drive cross-functional change.
