Salary: $128,300 – $248,100 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product and Lifecycle Marketers focused on accelerating the Fintech business.
  • Own marketing-influenced revenue growth across payments, financing, and capital portfolios.
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy and roadmap to balance customer value with revenue goals.
  • Build a culture of marketing experimentation, running tests across segments to identify and scale revenue drivers.
  • Partner with Fintech leadership, Product Management, and Finance to refine product roadmaps and pricing.
  • Serve as the organizational subject-matter expert for Fintech Marketing to ensure cohesive customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing with proven people leadership experience.
  • Must reside in Canada or the following US states: California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, or Utah.
  • Strong understanding of financial services and payment business models within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling commercial revenue outcomes, not just launch execution.
  • Ability to build strategic playbooks and operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Highly analytical mindset with a strong bias toward action and business-owner thinking.
