Salary: $144,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Drive GTM strategies for new product features and audience segments to achieve high-impact launches.
• Develop product positioning and messaging for the core remittance product based on customer insights and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Growth Marketing, and Analytics teams to expand market reach.
• Create and maintain GTM strategy briefs, launch roadmaps, and experiment plans.
• Provide leadership updates with data-driven insights to inform broader product and marketing roadmaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data-driven B2C product company.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven track record of leading GTM strategies and influencing product roadmaps.
• Expertise in storytelling and distilling complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience interpreting unit economics, consumer behavior, and market data to inform strategy.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA, and able to work from the HQ 3 days a week.
