Salary: $250,000 – $340,000

What you will do

• Define positioning and messaging architecture to differentiate hirify.global from internal AI builds and legacy systems.
• Translate complex AI, agent, and platform capabilities into credible business-outcome language for Chief Claims Officers.
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for winning new logos (Land) and increasing penetration in existing accounts (Expand).
• Manage pricing and packaging to present the product portfolio as a unified Platform story.
• Lead, hire, and develop a senior, AI-first marketing team.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to act as an enablement anchor and co-pilot critical customer meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing with senior leadership and a track record in AI-driven domains.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical executive buyers.
• Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k, HSA/FSA, and US market focus).
• Exceptional writing skills and a builder's mindset for creating playbooks from scratch.
• Proven people leadership skills with a high bar for quality and output.
