Location: Must be based in the US or Canada. Hybrid (2-3 days in office) for Denver, San Francisco, and New York; Remote available for other listed US cities and Toronto.
Salary: $190,000 - $280,000 (USD) / CAD 175,000 - 230,000

What you will do
- Lead product positioning and portfolio-level messaging across target audiences to ensure market differentiation.
- Architect and execute GTM strategies, including customer segmentation, pricing, and adoption motions.
- Synthesize market research, customer insights, and usage data into actionable strategic plans.
- Manage and develop a team of full-stack product marketers, fostering a culture of insight-driven thinking.
- Orchestrate alignment and accountability across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
- Define success metrics and lead the iterative optimization of GTM performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing, PMM, or product management, with 6+ years specifically in product marketing.
- Proven success leading portfolio-level GTM strategy across multiple products and audiences.
- Strong people management experience with a track record of coaching high-performing PMMs.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in ambiguous environments.
- Deep expertise in customer segmentation, positioning, and pricing.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.

- Experience in SMB, fintech, or HR/benefits/payroll tech.
- Experience in a complex multi-audience business.
