What you will do
- Develop a defensible understanding of developer and buyer audiences (jobs-to-be-done, segmentation, personas) and synthesize market/competitor signals into a clear point of view.
- Act as the voice of the market in product planning, influencing roadmap decisions and go/no-go and beta-exit outcomes.
- Create differentiated positioning and messaging for ’s API, developer, and integration offerings across multiple audience types.
- Own end-to-end go-to-market for new API capabilities, platform features, and partner integrations; coordinate messaging, timing, channels, and cross-functional readiness; define and track launch metrics.
- Build developer and integration marketing programs across the funnel and develop pricing/packaging points of view with the Pricing team.
- Deliver scalable sales enablement (pitch narratives, battlecards, objection handling, discovery frameworks) and run win/loss analysis to improve positioning and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including 3+ years marketing a platform, API, developer ecosystem, or embedded/infrastructure product.
- Strong customer and market research skills to synthesize qualitative/quantitative signals and defend a point of view with cross-functional partners.
- Proven experience owning go-to-market programs for technical products with developer/platform-builder audiences, including end-to-end launches and post-launch measurement.
- Ability to develop positioning and messaging that works across developer, technical buyer, finance buyer, and partner-channel audiences.
- Experience building sales enablement used by field teams and operating at a senior IC level without formal authority.
- Background in fintech/payments/financial infrastructure or enterprise software, with fluency in payment workflows, AP/AR processes, and financial-data compliance requirements.
- Visa sponsorship is not available; authorization to work in the United States is required now and in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a two-sided platform/marketplace (both supply and demand sides) with partner-influenced pipeline tracking.
- Familiarity with AI-agent ecosystems and LLM tool integration and how agentic workflows reshape software distribution.
- Experience with embedded or API-first distribution channels (embedded payments, banking-as-a-service, white-labeled infrastructure) or close proximity to accounting/ERP/SMB fintech companies.
