What you will do

• Act as the finance and strategy business partner to dedicated sales teams.
• Manage monthly results reporting, budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
• Analyze business drivers and provide data-driven recommendations to Finance and Sales leadership.
• Oversee personnel planning to ensure sales goals are met.
• Design, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of commission plans.
• Collaborate with Operations and Analytics teams to develop pricing and discount strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics (MBA and CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance or Strategic Teams.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in building complex financial models.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA), SQL, and MS Access.
• Proven ability to structure business cases around high-level strategic visions.
